Visiting with Pete Casanova in Coyote East. Pete describes himself as poor as a churchmouse - living on just his and Kristine's social security checks. Poor, but smart, resourceful, and one of the more cheerful, open people I've had the pleasure of knowing. Pete came over to our uppity Coyote West for a few months as manager, but found the pay and amenities not worth the hassle, or the suburban ambience. I agree. East is full of interesting characters like Pete. And has black velvet star spangled nights, serenaded by wild burros and howling coyotes.
